The staff were great, resolved wifi issue, Cindi goes the extra mile. Lovely room, well decorated and clean. Secure location, key to locked passageway, good wifi access, TV with sports channels.

The hotel is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still in a trendy location. the rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, and come with great facilities such as air conditioning and free laundry service. Breakfast is available and served in a homely feeling space. the hotel also offers a secure sate area for private parking.
The intercom system for the gate can be inconvenient, forcing guests to use their phones to dial each time they need the gate opened.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. The location in a trendy neighborhood was perfect for exploring the local restaurants and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. We enjoyed the garden and terrace that came with our room, providing a peaceful and relaxing space to unwind. The cooked breakfast was delicious, fueling us for the day ahead. the attention to detail and quality service made our stay here truly enjoyable.

I loved the location of the hotel in a vibrant but quiet neighbourhood, only a short walk away from 7th Avenue in Melville. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were excellent, including secure parking and reliable transportation services.
Don't have any issues at all.

The family room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for us traveling with our children. the appliances provided were in great working order, which helped us a lot during our stay.
We had trouble getting warm water for showering, and the quality of the breakfast provided could use some improvement. the friendly staff tried their best, and we appreciated their effort.

The guesthouse had a good and friendly team. The location was perfect for exploring the area and felt very safe. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely terrace and garden to relax in.
The walls were quite thin and I could hear some noise from other guests. There were limited views from the room, but this did not detract from my enjoyable stay overall.
